I love crockpot meals because they give me an hour back in the day from cooking. Here is a new recipe I’m attempting. I ran out of ketchup and doubled the recipe. So here is MY version of the recipe!
8 pieces of boneless chicken breasts
1 C soy sauce
1 C ketchup
2 Tb minced garlic
2 Tb Parsley
2 tsp Oregano
1/2 C honey
1 8 oz. can of coke
Cook on low for the next 5 hours.
Results!!! The ENTIRE family had empty bowls!!! Including my daughter who struggles with chicken and we all got dessert! I added green onion and sesame seeds to the top but even the kids bowls were approved and loved!
